Who Writes This Site

CryptoPingAi publishes financial-market information. You are entitled to know who stands behind it, where the numbers come from, and how to get something corrected. This page answers all three.

Page last reviewed: 21 August 2026 · Maintained by the CryptoPingAi editorial desk.

Not investment advice. Nothing on CryptoPingAi is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. We publish market data and general information only. Cryptocurrency trading carries a substantial risk of total loss. Read the full Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure.

1. Who operates CryptoPingAi

CryptoPingAi is an independent cryptocurrency market-monitoring service launched in 2026 and currently running as a public beta. It is built and operated by a small independent team rather than a licensed financial institution.

To be explicit about what we are not: we are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, fund manager, or licensed financial firm in any jurisdiction. We hold no financial licences and provide no personalised advice. We sell an alerting and data tool.

Editorial responsibility for everything published here — site pages, coin pages, and blog articles — rests with the CryptoPingAi editorial desk, reachable at [email protected].

2. Our editorial desks

We publish under named editorial desks rather than invented personal bylines. Each desk is a role with a defined remit, staffed by our team. We deliberately do not attach fictional photographs, fabricated CVs, or invented individual names to our content — a fake expert is worse than an honest team byline.

3. AI assistance disclosure

We use AI in our publishing pipeline and we say so on every article rather than hiding it.

4. Where our data comes from

Every number on this site originates from a public API operated by an exchange or market-data provider. We do not produce our own price prints. These are the sources actually queried by our systems:

SourceUsed forTypical refresh
BinanceSpot & futures prices, order-book depth, OHLCV candlesReal-time (WebSocket)
CoinGeckoMarket capitalisation, aggregate volume, coin metadata & logosMinutes
UpbitKRW market prices, new listing detectionReal-time
BithumbKRW market prices, kimchi-premium calculationReal-time
OKX, Bybit and other listed exchangesCross-exchange price comparisonReal-time
Public blockchain RPC nodes (Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Tron)Large ("whale") transfer detectionPer block

Known limitation. We inherit any error, outage or revision in an upstream API. Prices shown may lag the exchange, and coin pages are cached for up to five minutes. Always confirm on the exchange itself before acting on a number you see here.

5. How indicators are calculated

We use standard, published formulas with no proprietary adjustments, so that any result can be independently reproduced:

Indicator values are recomputed on a fixed schedule rather than on demand, so a displayed indicator may be up to fifteen minutes old.

6. Corrections policy

We would rather be corrected than be wrong. If you find an inaccuracy anywhere on this site — an article, a coin page, or a data figure — please tell us.

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Correction request".
  2. Include the exact page URL, the statement or figure you believe is wrong, and what you believe is correct.
  3. Where possible, link a source we can verify (exchange page, official filing, project announcement).
  4. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days (Korean Standard Time, UTC+9).
  5. If we confirm the error we correct it and, where the change is material, add a dated correction note to the page.

Automatically generated coin pages are corrected at the source: if an upstream API is wrong, we report it to the provider and, where necessary, suspend the affected figure until it is resolved.
