2. How We Use Your Data

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process your personal data on the following bases: (a) performance of a contract — to provide the Service and deliver the alerts you request; (b) legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the Service and prevent fraud and abuse; (c) legal obligation — to comply with applicable law; and (d) consent — where required (you may withdraw consent at any time).

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf: Telegram (alert delivery), payment processors (billing), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (server hosting). These providers process data under their own terms and applicable safeguards. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. International Data Transfers

Our servers are located in the Republic of Korea, and your data may be processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate. These locations may have data-protection laws different from those in your country. Where we transfer personal data from the EU/EEA, UK, or other regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision) to the extent required by law. By using the Service, you understand that your data may be transferred internationally as described.

6. Data Retention

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under 18 years of age (and in no case under 13, in line with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact [email protected].

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication and language preferences. No advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

10. Security

We use TLS encryption for all data in transit and hashed password storage. No system is 100% secure - please use a strong, unique password.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
