By accessing or using CryptoPing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CryptoPing provides a real-time cryptocurrency market data aggregation and notification platform. Features include price alert conditions, new listing detection, kimchi premium monitoring, and whale wallet activity alerts.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans

CryptoPing offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Elite plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no alerts were delivered during that period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our data feeds
• Use the Service for automated trading bots without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code on CryptoPing are owned by CryptoPing or its licensors. Market data is sourced from third-party exchanges subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, alert delivery, or data accuracy. See our full Risk Disclaimer.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
