- Subscription plan and billing history
Usage Data
- Alert conditions you configure
- Pages visited and features used (anonymized)
- IP address and browser type (for security)
What We Do NOT Collect
- Payment card details (processed by third-party payment provider)
- Private keys, wallet seeds, or trading account credentials
2. How We Use Your Data
- To deliver Telegram alerts based on your configured conditions
- To manage your subscription and process payments
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
- To improve platform performance and fix bugs
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with: Telegram (alert delivery), payment processors (billing), and Oracle Cloud (server infrastructure in South Korea). We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data Retention
- Account data: retained while active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
- Alert history: 90 days
- Usage logs: anonymized after 30 days
5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
