CryptoPingAi provides a real-time cryptocurrency market data aggregation and notification platform. Features include price alert conditions, new listing detection, kimchi premium monitoring, and whale wallet activity alerts.

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
You represent that you are not located in, and are not a citizen or resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on any restricted-party or sanctions list (including, without limitation, lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations, or the European Union). We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to comply with applicable laws.
CryptoPingAi offers Free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) and automatically renew at the then-current rate until cancelled.
All payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory law. Because the Service provides immediate, continuous access to digital content and data, you acknowledge that the Service begins immediately upon purchase.
At our sole discretion, we may grant a refund or credit in exceptional cases (for example, a verified duplicate charge, or a sustained Service failure that we are unable to remedy). Subscription fees already incurred for a billing period in progress are non-refundable upon cancellation or termination.
EU/EEA/UK consumers: Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, by purchasing you expressly request that the Service begin immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
All content, trademarks, and code on CryptoPingAi are owned by CryptoPingAi or its licensors. Market data is sourced from third-party exchanges subject to their respective terms.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that alerts will be delivered, accurate, or complete.
The Service is an informational and data-notification tool only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Market data is aggregated from third-party sources and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall CryptoPingAi, its operators, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, missed opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, a missed, delayed, or inaccurate alert, or any reliance on the data provided — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CryptoPingAi and its operators and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the paragraph below, the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and CryptoPingAi agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only, and you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
