edgeX (EDGE) market structure
Derived from this coin's own rank, all-time high and low, supply figures and category tags — not from a template. Every figure below is stated with the date or ratio it came from.
What EDGE actually is on-chain
edgeX is an ERC-20 deployed on Ethereum, at contract address 0xB0076DE78Dc50581770BBa1D211dDc0aD4F2a241. That address, not the ticker EDGE, is what uniquely identifies this asset: anyone can deploy a second token calling itself EDGE, but the contract is unforgeable. Verify it against etherscan.io before sending funds or approving a spend.
Because it lives on Ethereum, EDGE is held in any EVM-compatible wallet, transfers are paid for in ETH rather than in EDGE itself, and secondary liquidity sits in Uniswap-style AMM pools. Two consequences follow for anyone setting alerts: you need ETH in the same wallet to move the token at all, and a quoted price taken from a pool is a pool price — it includes slippage that an order-book quote would not.
3 other assets tracked on this site also use the ticker EDGE: Definitive (Base, 0xED6E…f110); Edge (another network); EDGE (Base, 0x62ab…fba3). The asset on this page is specifically the Ethereum deployment at 0xB007…a241. These are unrelated tokens with separate contracts, separate supply and separate price histories — a price alert set on one of them says nothing about the others, and a ticker search is not enough to tell them apart.
For EDGE the project publishes a whitepaper and an active account as @edgeX_exchange. That is a partial paper trail — enough to check claims against, not enough to audit. None of it is a quality judgement about the asset; it is simply what can be independently checked before the chart is worth looking at.
Where EDGE sits in the market
#114 places edgeX in the top of the mid-cap band. Liquidity is already fragmented at this depth: a large share of real EDGE volume can sit on two or three venues, so a quote on a secondary exchange may lag the primary market by seconds and by more than a basis point. Position size matters more than entry timing here.
CryptoPingAi is currently streaming 6 live EDGE order books (Bybit, Bitget, Gate.io, HTX, Upbit, Bithumb). That is wider coverage than most assets ranked near #114 carry, so a divergence on any one of them is far more likely to be a local liquidity event than a genuine repricing. One of them is a Korean won market, so the Kimchi-premium spread between the KRW and USDT quote is visible on this page.
EDGE against its all-time high
EDGE is 77.9% off its $1.50 high (on 2026-04-22). At this depth the arithmetic turns against a recovery narrative: getting back to the record takes 4.52x, not a rebound. The high is better read as the marker of a completed cycle than as a target — most of the holders above spot are underwater by enough that their behaviour on the way up is supply, not demand. That high was set within the last six months, recently enough that it still anchors how most current holders frame the asset.
EDGE across its historical range
The recorded range is comparatively narrow: 3.04x between $0.4938 and $1.50. Either the price history is short, or the asset is designed not to move.
EDGE is within -32.8% of its all-time low of $0.4938, printed on 2026-03-31. This is the part of a chart with no history: there is no prior trading below this level, so there is no support to reference, no volume shelf and no cost-basis cluster to lean on. That low is recent, so this is an active downtrend rather than an old floor holding: each fresh low retires the previous one as a reference.
EDGE supply structure
EDGE is capped at 1.00 billion EDGE, of which only 350.0 million is circulating — 35.0% issued, leaving 650.0 million still to come. At that ratio the emission schedule is a primary driver of the supply story, not a footnote: new supply arrives continuously and has to be absorbed by new demand before price can hold a level.
What kind of asset EDGE is
edgeX is a decentralised exchange token. The economics are unusually legible for crypto: the protocol generates fees from trading volume, and the token's value proposition rests on whether it captures any of them. Volume on the underlying venue, the fee switch status and competitive pressure from other venues are the variables that actually matter — and DEX volume is itself highly cyclical, so revenue is not a stable base.
CoinGecko files EDGE under 4 categories, including Decentralized Exchange (DEX), Exchange-based Tokens, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Ethereum Ecosystem. CoinGecko also records deployments on Ethereum (3,072 tracked tokens), so its on-chain liquidity and its user base move with that network.
How to set a edgeX alert that is worth receiving
edgeX is the ERC-20 at 0xB007…a241 on Ethereum — quoted on 6 venues we stream — high dated 2026-04-22 — rank #114. On this profile the condition that carries signal is a single downside threshold sized to your risk tolerance plus a volume alert.
